Can I manage more than one store?
Yes. Stock, staff and reports can be kept per store under one business account. The number of stores depends on your plan.
Can I sell online?
Yes. Pick a design in the store builder, preview it and publish it. Shoppers pay with EcoCash or OneMoney through Paynow, which must be configured for your platform.
How do I get paid?
At the till you can take cash, card and mobile money. Online orders are paid by mobile money and reconciled against your orders automatically.
Are the financial reports audited statements?
No. They are management accounts built from the transactions you record. Use a registered accountant for statements required by tax authorities or lenders.
Where is my data kept?
Each business has its own isolated data space. Sign-ins use two-step verification when you turn it on, and sensitive actions are logged.
